We have decided that it would be a good idea to set-up a "Help Center" for all of our customers. The help center will be updated as support inquiries arise. We will try our best to make the answers to the problems you are having as easy as possible. Therefore many of our support answers will be in the form of a "SupportCast". A supportcasts is simply a video tutorial that was created as a means to provide support.
If you are having a particular problem with one of our designs or if you are wanting to learn how to do something and you are using one of our designs and you do not find a video tutorial that addresses your particular problem then send me an e-mail and I will do my best create one.
